Tracy Thomas is the founder of The Standard, a private advisory practice for men who want an intelligent, independent perspective on consequential decisions, relationships, opportunities, private conflicts, and personal matters they cannot easily discuss inside their usual circle.
She has spent her career working with policy makers and senior executives in environments where judgment, communication, discretion, and consequence matter. That experience gave her a close view of what changes when everyone in the room has a role, an interest, or an outcome to protect—and how quickly candor gets filtered when relationships and reputation are involved.
Clients begin with a 90-minute Private Conversation. Monthly Advisory is offered selectively, one month at a time, when a live situation benefits from continuity. Selected Project Engagements are privately scoped when her direct involvement is useful beyond conversation.
Her work is neither therapy nor traditional coaching. It is a private place to think through what is actually at stake with someone who can question the reasoning, hold competing truths at once, and respond without needing a particular outcome.
